Cancellation Policy
A specific schedule will be worked out with the client. If a suitable schedule cannot be arranged, a full refund will be issued. Timings and dates will have some level of flexibility and we do our best to be as flexible as we can, but we reserve the right to refuse refunds or re-bookings in instances where frequent cancellations are having an impact. All sessions will be carried out in accordance with our safeguarding policy.
